    Hi Ann

    The Santander/Debenhams account is 100% unenforceable. What they sent you is little more than a junk piece of paper and certainly does not contain any prescribed terms! This alone makes it unenforceable, nothing else to compare as they never sent anything lol.

    Respond with this - CCA Query

    The grand plan is holding firm, so far only the Amex account is dubious - all others are to date unenforceable! :T

    Let me know if you get anything else and i'll update the thread as appropriate! :D

    8 definites (including this recent one), 1 which is probably enforceable and 8 more to hear from.

    Quite a saga!

    Interesting that I have had no response to my follow-up letters, although it is early days for some of them.
