The Santander/Debenhams account is 100% unenforceable. What they sent you is little more than a junk piece of paper and certainly does not contain any prescribed terms! This alone makes it unenforceable, nothing else to compare as they never sent anything lol.

The grand plan is holding firm, so far only the Amex account is dubious - all others are to date unenforceable! :T
