    I don't see the relevance of that-since you had the inspection on 16/2 you have already gone way over that 'urgent' deadline.
    Why don't you go to the housing office and try and speak to someone face to face?
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    I would only they moved the one out of my town and now have to travel about 30 miles to get to it. Prob only to be told that I still can't see him. Useless excuse for a HA in my opinion, I was with someone else before but had to change when I moved house.

    oh dear, call the emergency service they will made sure you are definitely and if need be isolate the boiler totally to be safe then google landlords certificates to get appropriateiate advice and helplines to tell you what to do next - delaying is stressing you out.
