Just wanted to pop back on and say I finally got on the council website (only 10.5 hours after we were supposed to be able to get on!!) and DD got her 1st choice secondary school. :T
It is such a relief, been quite stressful all the waiting and trying to access the site.

Hello fellow newbie CheeseAddict!
Hope everyone was satisfied with school placements today.
Going to get organised for tomorrow as I've started walking to try and shift some of this bloomin' weight. There's a lovely park 5 minutes away, so I do three laps around the outside, which takes about 1 hour. The fresh air always makes me feel good and there's plenty to look at; there's a pond with swans and the last time I walked past the outside of the petting zoo, an ostrich popped its head up.
Right, am off to watch Wallander.

Haven't caught up yet im really sorry, ex stole the computer....it is technically both of ours but there is a desktop too he can use and i have passworded this for myself yet he stole it and i couldn't find it anywhere. he is being so smug and awful, he has treated me worse than you would treat a criminal and there are no consequences for him??? no-one to tell him he's misbehaving. he thinks hes done nothing wrong and behaving like a normal human being??? why won't he get his come uppance. all his family and friends still think he's a totally lovely guy and im some kind of "wronged ex". i have just cried and cried all night. sorry for bad punctuation and grammar etc just totally wound up xxxThank you to all posters :A0

hello ladies and gents :hello:
Need to read and catch up. I am so behind on the daily
I hope everyone is well. I just wanted to make a point of checking in after all your support last week in my meltdown
I still have no fridge freezer but i do have heat ! Have literally hardly any food, Im even down to 2 tins of tomatoes eek.! Doesnt seem any point stocking up until i get a fridge freezer. Trying to get a second hand freezer to go under the stairs, and a fridge with a part of a freezer for the kitchen space. I'm sure i could get those second hand for much less than the £320 my Mum was willing to pay for a fridge.
:money:
Off out tonight to an after party for a big metal gig over here. COuldn't afford the ticket, so going to the after party which is free in

Will get my hungover head in here tomorrow for a proper read and catch up
