Has it definitely been lost and it's not just that they've not aknowledged it yet?

I'm waiting 2 weeks for a reply and if i've not heard by then i'll send it off again as I only sent a photocopy.

Did you send the receipt or a photocopy of the receipt? They only require a photocopy, if you still have the original you could print the email again and send another photocopy.

I got my confirmation that they had received my receipt for football win pretty quick but it was at least 2 weeks for the one I sent off for a £50 card win.

I won a £50 card on the 23rd March and posted it off that same day, still haven't had no confirmation that they have received it, so will wait a few more days then contact them.

My OH got his football on Sat So just mine and the cards to come now x

I sent my receipts by registered post (so they have to sign for them at the other end) and all been received, i sent my holiday receipts special guaranteed next day delivery - just as well as when they tried to say they hadn't received them i said "actually you have on this date at this time signed by this person" to which the lady on the other end of the phone said "oh that''s my brother-in-law"!!!
