When I have sent the receipts off, I have got an email saying they have been received within 3-4 days?

:mad: for those that have won on this congratulations! I won one of the world cup holidays on the first weeks draw - sent my docs off special guaranteed and have heard NOTHING! I think the other winner of that week is the same - so so frustrating as need to book leave, sort passports etc.

Sorry if this is asked before, I know that online payments are accepted, does these also include gas bill payments etc?

I sent receipts for cards mon and had emails this morning confirming they had them. Sent football ones ages ago, got emails to say they had them last week but no footballs yet. Sick of OH going on about it! x

It took a week for my first email saying they had my receipt 13 days for me to get the 2nd email back. Think it's been about 10 days since the 1st confirmation e-mail and I have my 1st card. Imagine they are doing everything in batches, there's something like 50 cash winners and 50 ball winners a day on this comp, plus a few weekly winners, that's a lot to process. And fairly sure my cards envelope had air mail on it so that will add a day or two delay. xx
