Got my first prepaid visa card today which i won on 18th March. I appreciate they have a lot of winning items to send out but with the holiday competition they were very strict about the fact that we had to send our details in within 7 days - they got mine on 11th March - haven't even had the confirmation email yet but i know they def have my paperwork. All the excitement has gone a little cold :-( Wonder when the footballs will be sent out as won that for the partner of my friend i'm taking to SA with me.

Does anyone know - can you use your prepaid visa card to withdraw cash at an ATM?

It says you need to send the paperwork within 3 weeks, and no you can't withdraw cash from the ATM with them x

they have taken weeks to come. deff over 2 weeks ago that i ahd email saying they had recieved my sent in paperwork, was 3 or 4 weeks ago that i actually won them. (still no pin numbers to use them yet)

I received my pin numbers today for the card i received yesterday - rang again about my holiday and still no news :-(

It says on mine that you can withdraw cash from the ATM and if you go and log in on the site you can check your balance, and it says there also that you can withdraw cash from them. HTH

sorry if this has lready been asked, but do they only send an email if you win ?

not a sorry you haven't won - its just i thought i got that the first time i entered but have received nothing over the last couple of weeks of entering and am wondering if my enteries have gone through?

Well i've entered about 25 times now and still not so much as a football lol
