You can't use bank statements I dont think, just receipt. When you order anything or pay online it gives you a screen of details where you get the option to print with a transaction ID etc, or sometimes they email it you.
I have entered nearly 40 receipts and won nothing

You can use bank statements as proof - think someone said they had lost email of a payment they did online and Visa said no problem just send copy of bank statement0
