If I ever manage to get round to using up all my shower gel I think I would like to try S&G but was just wondering what everyone's preferences are between Clean Girls and Clean on me. After looking at it on the Boots website (and yes I was only looking :D) I think I am leaning towards Clean Girls. Which one does everyone else prefer?

Clean on me smells quite sweet and strawberryish and creamy, whereas Clean girls is more floral and slightly blackcurrantish.

I have Clean Girls and the matching body butter and I think the shower gel smells quite nasty actually but the body butter is gorgeous.

I also have Clean on me which I used for two years straight and I loved it, but now I've stopped using it, when I smell it now it seems quite sickly to me.

I think maybe COM suits younger ladies and CG is best for the slightly more mature.

Quick post before bed. Oh hates me tapping away on the netbook when he's trying to read!
Finished a L'Oreal Revitalift Self Heating Clarifying Wash and a Boots Time Delay Radiance Booster face cream this evening. Would definitely buy both again as both fab products, but not for a long time yet. The Time Delay stuff is very similar to Clarins Beauty Flash Balm and S&G Bright Here Bright Now, of which I have both hardly touched. I'd say the boots one smells nicer though, and is by far the most affordable!
Also found a bottle of Liz Claibourne's 'Realities' perfume in a bag I took on holiday last year! About 1/4 left of a 100ml bottle so have dedicated the next week to using that up. It's lush!
Hope you're all well and feeling empowered by the challenge!

    *edit - apologies to lostinrates,
it was me who encouraged the epilation! I bet you grow to love it though! ;)

Brill!!!!!!!!! Which one did you get, hope you don't mind me asking :o I'm so glad to hear it wasn't as bad as expected. What did your DH make of it? I can't believe he let you even try it on him lol. Theres no way in the world my OH will.

Mine has been dispatched and I got the email to say so at 4pm today. I'm maybe a bit optimistic that it'll turn up tomorrow but stranger things have happened :T I bet the plug adapter doesn't though hehe. I have specially unshaven legs ready for the big moment :D Mind you I've even got unshaven arm pits... maybe that'll be asking too much too soon :rotfl: I'm so excited and am really hoping this is the end to my leg shaving issues :T BRING ON THE PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got the braun silk epil which can be used in the shower....I decided i was worth it. I have found its better dry than wet, but it might be a matter of practice :o

Start just to the side of the front of your leg half way u, thats my advice, and I run it ''backwards'' down the leg after the upwards swipe, removing it and putting it don seems some how more daunting. ;)

    Hello Girlys :)

It's been a while since I have been on here what with sorting out my move and my modem blowing up on me!!

Since last coming on here I did buy some shampoo as I needed some regulating stuff for my mop! Though I have used up some shower gel and some other shampoo! yay!

I am going to be doing a big sort out when I pack and getting rid!! of a lot of my stuff so I am not taking it to the new house with me. Will see how it goes! Positive point is that there is a shower in the new house unlike the one I am in now, so I will be using my shower gels up that I have been buying because I like the smell/packaging :-D

    How are you all? x

I forgot to say earlier about perfumes, I have Davidoff Cool water and Vera Wang Princess. I have funny skin and struggle to get anything that doesn't alter its scent on me. Most stuff smells awful and makes me feel sick.
How much perfume do you ladies use? Just 1 squirt, just once a day or what? I wonder as mine always last years yet other people seem to get through it quickly. Like the eyeshadow thing I guess!

I just use a couple of squirts every now and then which is why mine lasts for yonks too. I have a couple on the go at the mo too, which doesn't help in using it up. I have one of britney's (meh) fantasy I think, which is lovely, then I have a large bottle f Chloe too which is gorgeous :)

    Re: perfume useage.
I think I may be one of those annoying ladies who wears too much perfume :o
I'd say 3 or 4 squirts just as I'm about to leave, then maybe a couple of squirts every 2 hours or so. I suppose it depends on whether or not it's EDP or EDT. Some perfumes last, others don't.
I am a bit of a perfume junkie though, can't IMAGINE leaving the house with none on. I even wear it if I'm not going out :rotfl:

Me too :( but only once a day. DH wears too much, but he has that magic skin that every thing smells god on. He smells great standing next to him/cuddling, but then we have to shower before going to bed as the smell seems stronger when I get his clothes off....

I hate that I can't smell my own scent too well. It makes it hard to guage. I do pulse points on neck, wrists elbows back of kees....and a squirt for luck.

edit: actually, I do re spray if going out in the evening too....I must reek!
