TooChosey - nope didn't press the link, just an accidental thanks :o

LL- Glad you had a good break in Brighton

Soappie - Well done on the speech

Done the evening jobs, so am going to watch Country House rescue and have a little drinkie.

Up early tomorrow to take DS2 to tutor session. Shame DS1 and DS2 don't have their interventions at the same time. One is before school Friday and the other is after school Wednesday. My carbon footprint is shameful atm :o

    Hi everyone,

I have gone completely AWOL this week. I've been getting lots of studying done at night so I'm ahead with my OU work. :j:j:j:j I'm away on a girls spa break this weekend for friends 40th (which I'm REALLY looking forward too). Then next weekend we're in Sunderland visiting BIL and his fiancee.

So I thought I'd better post what I have done rather than what I haven't!!!!
    Swept and mopped kitchen floor
    Tidied hall
    swept hall
    vacuumed lounge x 3
    cleared and wiped kitchen worktops
    WM x 2
    DW x too many times
baked and iced fairy cakes with the girls for DD1's school fair on Saturday (which will be happening while I have a facial and a massage)!!!

So I'm afraid thats all I've done all week, besides the obvious cooking, washing, tidying up, school & nursery runs, work, study, etc, etc, etc... LOL

Only a few replies as I'm really tired tonight and heading for an early night.

Ishtar...huge hugs for you and your family. Sending positive healing vibes for your mum.x
zoe..hugs for you too. So sorry things haven't gone your way so far.
kalojac...sorry for your loss. We lost my Grandad nearly 14 months ago so I understand how your're feeling. Hugs for you too hun.
LadyL..glad you had a lovely time in Brighton.
Soappie...well done on the failed planning app. Power to the people!!!!! LOL!

A big HELLO to everyone else. So much on at the moment that I'm just not getting chance to read the thread and post so much but I am missing you lovely lot.

That's all from me....I've got a headache I'm so tired. So off to bed for me. Going to Primarni in Manchester tomorrow so I'd best be fired up and ready to go cos its always really busy in there.

Not caught up as there are 19 pages since I last posted properly.. so relevant salutaions to those who need them with an abundance of vibes thrown in for goo dmeasure.

My lappy is deceased and it has taken forever to get the dumb pc online.. so I may not be about so much.. it is downstairs and I LOVE my bed!

DS3 was 11 today.. my baby boy is all big.. go got the high school allocation he wanted though I never did an email from the council but his letter came #tuesday lunchtime so I took it to school for him.. he is even mor epleased because his bestest friend got in the same school.. 2 happy boys.. apparently they are going to go to the same high school, same college, same university and get the same job... I asked if they were marrying one another but I don't think he got the implication lol.. Far too fond of boobies my boy!

We're all fine.. thugh I must take Tiddles to the vet with her verucca next week.. it is painful and she keeps moaning and I can't stand it. Cats, rabbits and fish all thriving. Sister now in AD's and hopefully will be feeling better once I have got her entirely reassured the nausea, dizzines and shaking are all perfectly normal and they will stop in a few weeks. Though her mother spat her dummy out big time over me having Tabitha.. but she never offered and is now not talking to sis so she just has me for the time being!

DS2 has been a little sheet at school and was excluded today for inappropriate language and behaviour towards a member of staff.. so I am in school tomorrow.. again.. to discuss his very out of character behaviour. I think he is just pushing his luck.. he is 14 that is what they do best.. except he is mentally about 11/12 and doesn't know why he is doing it.

Children away to KH's tomorrow after school, DD2 going to cinema with her friend. DD1 has asked if she can stay here tomorrow night and if her friend can stay over.. and I was really mean and said no.. I am just so tired and have so much I need to get done I can't be faffed with the 2 of them up half the night giggling and driving me crazy.. I said she can come the week after when they are all staying here but I really need a break, thankfully we are not going to OH's parents this weekend, though we are going in 2 weeks when they are next at KH's.. mothers day and his mums birthday which I am really not looking forward too.. but I shall be on my best behaviour.. maybe :D.

Suppose I should go clear some of the kitchen devastation and find uniforms for tomorrow and load the DW and the TD and the 2 WM's!!

Ooh.. DS1 gets his WM I bought them tomorrow.. he isn't best pleased that it is arriving between 7:15 and 9:15AM!!! lol Next week I will probably end up with Jacob a couple of days so they can move.. GLEE!!...

Anyway.. kitchen calling.. I have filled you in on my uneventful week!

    Stay safe..

Kalojac - sorry to hear of your loss, I'm sure FLYing is the last thing on your mind this week x

Soappie, way to go you :T

And Toots All done for Thursday, another star please!

I'm still having trouble following my night time routines, I manage most of it but never seem able to sort out the clothes for morning and always stay up too late. Both lead to very disorganised morning routines, must try harder tonight!

Hi, have caught up on the thread, such a lot of news from everyone. It is hard to cope Ishtar, but it sounds as if you and your family are all dealing with it in your own ways. Hope things settle soon - it gets easier as you get dates for tests/scans and operations - my thoughts are with you and yours XX

Glad the twins arrived okay, and that the planning application was declined (and hope your daughter feels better soon)

Flying - has ground to a stilted stutter! I have excuses though! I am working on a star for the master bedroom next week! We are decorating - well DH is, and I am doing the odd bit and supervising - current energy levels etc dont allow for my usual head first and keep going til I drop technique. The bit I did do has left my legs swollen, but it does help keeping the depression at bay. I cant win - activity makes me feel better and have some purpose, but as soon as I do much, the lymphodaema cuts in and my legs swell and hurt. This is why I get depressed! (plus about a hundred other things).

So, today our bedroom got ripped apart, wallpaper all off, skirtings and edgings removed, rawplugs removed, curtains got down etc and plaster removed where needed. Tomorrow we start to do some of the preparation - filling holes, cracks, bits of plaster that fell off - basecoat over the plaster pink that is impossible to cover and maybe start putting skirting back on. Wow! Hopefully we will finish over the weekend. We are watching the oscars Sunday night, then after a lay in clearing the loft on Monday. Hopefully if all is finished I can contact the fitter and get the carpet laid. Its all bought and paid for so I just need to ring.

Hope everyone has a good night, and has a good day flying tomorrow.

Evening All, sorry I have not posted this week, my gran did die on Sunday just shortly after my post, so its been a strange sort of week. She had a lovely funeral service today and she is now at peace so we are happy she no longer has to suffer.
