Hi :j
Cotton Tuesday:- 15 OH's ties to charity shop (we have one just round the corner!)
- 5 items of clothing mended
- 1 cardi defuzzed (fab electric de-fuzzer - best pressie ever)
- 1 skirt altered so I can actually wear it (never had it on)
- 3 items listed on e-bay (still with tags on)
- 4 tops cut into cleaning cloths (buttons cut off and put in button box)
- 8 items from undies drawer thrown
Looked at some clothes to see if they could be altered into something different - found 1 dress I might make into a summer tote bag
Love this challenge as you can do as much as you want but dreading tomorrow Leather Wednesday - shoes - now Flyladies may remember that I have a serious problem with the number of shoes I have.... (they are all neatly stored, but...)
Hugs

I decided instead of ebaying the baby clothes i would ask my friend who's got a 6 month old baby and is pregnant with their 3rd if she would like them instead. She does so i'll drop them off one evening this week.

Afternoon all, well had a good start today (i think), sorted through the boys clothes and bedding. Just put them up on freegle to see if anyone wants them if not charity shop on Friday. Also need to take some towels to the PDSA, they might want them, actually better phone them up first and see. It's fair trek from my house and seeing as i'll be walking there i'll have to check first.
So so far so good. These lists are really helping me out thanks Dusty :T:T your a star!0 -
Afternoon everyone
Just going to start on my wardrobe (work nightshift). I have many clothes in many sizes that certainly do not fit anymore so have decided to clear them out as they will be out of fashion by the time I can hopefully get in to them again. Also going to do another half hour of shredding - if I do this every day then might see a small difference by the end of the week.
Have a good day

Managed to fill one bin bag from 2 drawers, being ruthless.
Two more drawers and a wardrobe and cupboard with shelves to go and of course the floordrobe.:o
Wiped the washing line and hung out 2 loads of washing.
Been and got car washed, needs a good internal clearout too.
Arranged for a service on thurs.
Went to town and return some clothesthat hubby didn't fit into, just made it in the time frame to return them so another £47.00 decluttered off my credit card.:j:j
Then got the Aldi super 6 and and some other bits and pieces on the way hope and hurt my back lugging it back into the house...:(...so now I'm resting.DFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08

hangs head in shame. Have to confess that I've failed today. I did manage to find the carpet underneath all the stuff I threw off the bed last night and I went through 2 cupboards in the utility this morning.
Then I got sidetracked by meetings for the playgroup and now I have a nasty pain in my side. So will write off today and just cuddle up on the sofa, ready to start tomorrow with a bang! Hope no one else has been put off like this.Me, OH, grown DS, (other DS left home) and Mum (coming up 80!). Considering foster parenting. Hints and tips on saving £ always well received. Xx
March 1st week £80 includes a new dog bed though £63 was food etc for the week.0 -

I found two pairs of jeans DS1 hasn't been wearing because the belt loops needed stitching back on. I have shown him where the sewing machine is kept.
