Yeah I noticed that too, although I started getting them a couple of weeks ago. Do you think Martin should be informed that he's got an imposter? :D
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

There will never be another Martin :A little sweetiepie that he is :blushing:
but you could perhaps post a new thread in Q&A linking to the OP from November 2009? At least the MSE team will then be aware, and may be able to act accordingly.

Hey this might be moved to a better place im not sure.

My best friend is struggling as her ex wont support his two kids and can't afford any pressies for lil uns bday in june. She will be 4 so knows now to expect things.

Im trying to enter as many comps with cash/kids toys wins. PLEASE post as many as you can find for me here ? I want to help her but im just as skint! :(

Im sorry but i'm sure the 4year old wouldnt be expecting too much he she doesnt really know the value of things apart from love and care
even if you save £3 a week she should be able to buy something the 4 year old will appreciate.
add another 20p a week and should be able to get a card
as for comps i could only find a few thousand

    Now now!

Whilst a very kind thought I'm afraid you'll have to search through the comps yourself Bekah - a 4 yr old doesn't really 'need' or 'want' so you'll not need much - prob better to check freebies than to rely on comps - especially if you need them for June.

I'm still waiting on a few things from March ;)

Didn't see the post but just wanted to say don't be too hard on yourself Lakshmi, you post so many comps and are a real stalwart of this forum...it's not going to be too long til you hit 2million thanks which is phenomenal. We all have off days :)

    Thanks. :)
i saw the post laks, you didn't reply rudely, i remember you just said..

    ' i didn't know that, i'll ask a BG to delete it'

the peep who posted had said similar replys to other people on another board to do with botox so don't think they took it wrong :)

I think I was so stressed when I was typing, that if felt rude, if that makes sense.
It is a scientific fact that your body will not absorb calories if you take it from another person's plate.

I'm sorry but thats really upset me! i was just looking for some help - im not asking for handouts at all. I cant go in to the details of her situation but she cant even feed her self at the moment! Which is why i thought the people who always seemed so nice would help.

I have been trying to get as many comps as possible. Don't worry i'll delete it if everyone thinks it funny to take the mick!

Thank you though to those VERY kind people who msg'd me advice...I'll pass it on. Its lovely to see some really nice people xx

just saw this and hope you do stay here as it really is a friendly place, i can see your point and i think its really lovely that you are trying to help your friend out, for kids comps etc just basically have a look through the pages or you can use the search if you are after something specific, majority of kids comps are 1 entry per person, bearing in mind they are age restricted so you cant normally put your own details down, has to be the childs details

maybe try entering some postals, ive won quite a few things for my kids from there, won a thomas playset for my youngest's birthday and recently won some bionicles, just want to wish you the best of luck and any questions etc then you can always pm me anytime xx
