Really don't like this slowness, and just searched to see where my avater had vanished too... This has just been posted on the New Look Forum thread about them.

very quick result following grazia email....had an email waiting for me when i got up this morning

am so very sorry for the delay on your prizes and that no one informed you of such. I work on the fashion desk at Grazia and can inform you that the last of your prizes is coming over to the Grazia office today (there was some delays with production). So your box of prizes will be on its way to you this week.

My sincerest apologies for the difficulties you have had in reaching a member of the Grazia team and the time you have had to wait. I hope your fabulous box of goodies will be worth the wait.

Yay! It's a move in the right direction purplecat!!! The woman at grazia did seem very concerned when i asked to whom can i address a complaint about ignored emails, hopefully they have realised u can't be fobbed off anymore and u get all ur lovely bits soon! xxxxx

Thanks for letting me know you could go back to the tried and tested original interface the new ones all bells and whistles but a step backwards. If it not broke don't fix it.

Is anyone else having problems with their "thanks" button? I click it, it disappears, then reappears without adding me :(:(

I'm not being rude by not thanking anyone and don't want to bump to say thanks either...............:(

I am finding that if I have multi tabs MSE tabs/pages open, unless I have signed in when I opened the first one, the thanks is missing on the others. If I refresh the page that the thanks is missing on -the thanks button appears.

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place but I've searched the forum and not found an answer. Do you use some type of form filler for your online comp forms? I had one on my old laptop but since I've been using firefox all it seems to remember is if you have been to the site before. Are there are form filling programs/websites you would recommend? Or should I steer clear of them?

and thanks furndire, I'm logged in all the time and it makes no difference to the problems I'm having with the thanks button I'm back using the old version and still no joy
