Good luck and make something for your lunch tonight, stick it in the fridge overnight ready to take out when bleary eye'd in the morning!
I like to take leftovers and reheat in the microwave or make some soup and freeze up in portions, then defrost overnight in the fridge and take in the next day for lunch

To avoid temptation I didn't go into town at lunch time, this is sitting nicely with not buying lunch at work challenge!

Nothing bought here either..... I did buy a shower gel for OH but he's nearly run out anyway....
Yesterday was the test with the Body Shop offer.... but I resisted the urge as I still have a reasonable stash of things to use
On hols from work til Monday, so no food bought there (is that cheating?!) and no urge to buy clothes etc.... although the weekly email has come from Schuh today

I brought a posh lunch to work, didn't buy any toiletries (or anything else, for that matter! :j), didn't have the chance for a walk (but it's not on my plan for today), didn't practice music cos I spent this morning planning my month and ate some sweets while not thinking about it, but then stopped once I realised (oops!)
