How are we all doing then?
Managed to stay away from Boots weekly offers, but did buy a lot of 50% off M+S beauty gift sets for Christmas, birthday and mother's day and a few travel size sets for me for holidays next year instead of the dearer L'Occitane sets I would usually go for.
Also bought myself some lovely shampoo and conditioner in 2 brands -should last until next year with this lot and not buying anymore now
So have restocked but not to the same levels as before and staying away from the make up counters!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Have used up 2 x body cream, foot cream, deorandant, bath/shower wash, hairspray and hair conditioner. Still got things to use up.
Hope you had a great Christmas and wishing you all the best for 2011.Frugal Living Challenge 2025 Mortgage free as of 1st August 20130 -
Well things changed for me after finding out I have an allergy to a chemical in a lot of shampoos and soap and shower gels. Meaning I now have a pile of bottles I had just restocked with that I can't use! Including the 2 new shampoos
Never mind - at least it stopped me going mad for the S&G gift sets in Boots and also it should help me address my QVC beauty buying as I don't know if the chemical is in the products as often its in 1 version and then not in another in the same range!
Anyway, not doing too bad overall - have a lot of face products to use up as stuck on my eczema cream atm for another flare up and can't manage using moisturisers for that long
Here's to a using up of the stocks and stashes and a healthy and happy 2011!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Hi svb there's always room on this bus for another one - jump on board!
I started with a bathroom that looked like HoF and Debenhams with the stoarge drawers upstairs like their stockrooms
Things are much better now, it took me a long time to get here and break that habit of buying, slipped back into it a little bit at the end of the year. not now though so looking forward to a using up stocks 2011
