Hi all,
I don't believe it. Morgan Stanley charged me 27p interest!!! 27p!!!
Such a hassle - will have to phone them up and complain.

OK, so I phoned them up to complain and the guy I was talking to wasn't budging on refunding the 27p, even though it was their system that didn't work, so I said "fine, close my account then" and he put me through to account closures...who said that they would happily take off the 27p and also gave me 5 months interest free on purchases!
Wow! That's the first time I've actually got anything for complaining, apart from sorting out the problem!
