Back on the Mint RBS case - am i right in assuming that Triton who say they have taken over the account are in fact RBS themselves and have not actually sold the debt to Triton.

If it is SB'd then send this to the lender/DCA: Statute Barred Debt - England

A running account is a credit facility with a credit limit, a loan is a fixed sum account (i.e. cos the amount does not change!).....

Hi i'm becoming a compulsive lurker here, trying to absorb as much as i can but can't join in because i haven't taken the first steps yet! The only thing that's stopping me is printer troubles, and i'm far too lazy to go to a library to print
