Back on the Mint RBS case - am i right in assuming that Triton who say they have taken over the account are in fact RBS themselves and have not actually sold the debt to Triton.
A Bank is a place where they lend you an umberella in fair weather and asks for it back when it begins to rain - I hate them all

    and here: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/royal-bank-scotland/151400-rbs-credit-card-triton.html

Why are you not at the pub, instead worrying about debt mate? lol

I will get back to you regards Mint account, as I will with ex-spendaholic on other thread! Did you think it was funny that they sent the same stuff to you both yet there is over 5 years in application dates! Shocking really.....

See here: Debt Factsheets - Liability for Debts and the Limitation Act

If it is SB'd then send this to the lender/DCA: Statute Barred Debt - England

A running account is a credit facility with a credit limit, a loan is a fixed sum account (i.e. cos the amount does not change!)..... :D

Hi :D i'm becoming a compulsive lurker here, trying to absorb as much as i can but can't join in because i haven't taken the first steps yet! The only thing that's stopping me is printer troubles, and i'm far too lazy to go to a library to print :p

Best not have a drink, you'd be tripping over me on the floor, not had anything since before i got pregnant and baby is 10 weeks now :rotfl:
