Just ignore them - let them fail - they will then respond with "we'll cease collection and return the account to the OC" - at which point, you've won :T

Fyi for those with accounts with lloyds my dh and I both got standard s78 letters saying they realize the account may be unenforceable until they deal with our request to find the Cca which can take up to 4 wks lol we SHOULD make payments to keep within our terms n conditions (yeah right)
