Hello NID & Co....
After following these treads for a long time, finally got the courage to sent a few CCA requests.
Two of the requests have came back;
Nothern Rock: Originally taken with the mortgage (NR together mortgage) now the mortgage is with another lender and the loan part still remains with NRock.
They sent me a copy of the CCA. Just one page (I have a link to it below).
Marks & Spencer: They sent me a generic CCA (I guess their latest edition) with no personal details & 2 sheets of the original. The first sheet seems to me as if it's an application form.
The second sheet has headings, section 5 (financial and related products) to section 9 (charges and defaults). It seems like they have missed a page with sections 1-4.

If you could have a look and confirm whether they are enforceable or not, I would be very grateful.
Thanks

Hi Niddy,
I've had a response from the Halifax, they have sent me a copy of my credit card application form from 1999. This is not my CCA is it??
Thanks0 -
Morning Friends,
Progress so far per #2021 page102
1. Lloyds TSB: Final Response declining the complaint and referring me to FOS.
As I had previously sent the Debtors Final Response letter per #1444, I will not be doing anything further with this and sending the relevant letters if and when they sell it to a DCA. Anything more serious I will post here.
2. Marks & Spencers: Per #2044 I have sent the CCA Query letter.
3. (Adams)Sears/Creation card: Similar to Mojoparrot and jadex they sent a very bad copy of the agreement therefore I have responded with the Illegible Copy Document letter.
Hope I've done right so far.
Have a wonderful weekend guys.

We wrote to you recently regarding your debt that has been purchased by Lowell Portfolio I Ltd from Littlewoods Direct. Please call 0113 308 6085 today regarding the outstanding debt due to our above client.
