I did tell you in the beginning that I had the original agreement and you asked me to send it to you seperately from what I had received, which I did, hence 1 of 4etc and 1 of 1(being the original):oI must stop procrastinating, I must stop procrastinating! promise I'll stop tomorrow OK:D

Nothern Rock: Originally taken with the mortgage (NR together mortgage) now the mortgage is with another lender and the loan part still remains with NRock.
They sent me a copy of the CCA. Just one page (I have a link to it below).
It is enforceable though, it has the rates, the loan amount and the repayments plus signed by both you and them. Sorry.Marks & Spencer: They sent me a generic CCA (I guess their latest edition) with no personal details & 2 sheets of the original. The first sheet seems to me as if it's an application form.
The second sheet has headings, section 5 (financial and related products) to section 9 (charges and defaults). It seems like they have missed a page with sections 1-4.
Likewise, it is enforceable because you have signed, as have they, and you agree to the terms & conditions. You can argue til the cows come home, that the terms are the most recent - all they have failed on is providing the terms in place at outset, but they will send you them anyway.
Basically, sorry to say you have 2 enforceable agreements with these.2010 - year of the troll

Hiya Beenie - Ok, all you need to do is to send a copy of the final response to Lowells (i.e. a copy of what you posted earlier to SDG) - along with this: Account sold whilst in Default of CCA Request
