Morning NID, think everybody missed you yesterday.

I still don't know how to link back to posts but you had previously asked me to tell you more about the gym membership thing, I put all the details about it in #1764.

I will try to scan all the pages from Egg and try the techy route of PMing you but failing that could you please let me have your email.

    Thanks again

    Link like this: #1764

I'll come back to you - sorry just been rather busy, not forgotten you honest :o:o

I don't need all the pages from Egg, lol, just the agreement and terms that link to it, so really 2-3 pages should be all. PM me the links, if you cannot use links then PM me and i'll give you my email addy. :D

    Hi NID

Someone in another default thread pointed me in your direction.

I have a "satisfied" default against my credit file from MINT which as you know is no better than an "unsatisfied" default. I'm using the example given at www. learnmoney.co.uk to argue that I did not receive notification of a default notice in an attempt to have it removed. I've received a reply from the credit card company following my first letter to them stating that as the agreement is now terminated the consumer credit act is no longer applicable and that they do not have to supply me with any information. Is this correct? How should I proceed?

    Cheers

    Dave

I can't use muppets in templates cos people will send it with it in there, hehe - someone asked me if they should remove the words "sign digitally" with their siggy! LOL.... common sense doesn't always prevail after all....

  • Just wanted to give a real quick update - I've been following your thread and using it sucessfully to date, so thank you so much!

Out of 8 debtors, 6 are not able to provide me with my CCA and have "suspended" the accounts, the other 2 are still trying to find my CCA but their time is nearly up and the final letter is just ready and waiting! :rotfl:

Again, I can't thank you enough, the process seems really daunting at first but with all your templates/advice/flowcharts it really is simple :T and although this sounds daft, it's life changing!
