* Niddy checks flow charts for possible mistakes, nope - it does not say anywhere to send a s.10 if they respond with an application form! hehe (sorry, meeow!) :rotfl:
I know- I'm a very silly mare, duly noted! I wasn't 100% sure that it was only an application form so that seemed the most sensible one to send. I sent it on 5th April, and their letter yesterday was a reply to it, so I don't really expect more paperwork from them... so shall I go ahead and send the CCA Query that you suggested?0 -

No, not now cos you've already queried the agreement!
Send this and then forget about them: Debtors Final Response - CCA Received2010 - year of the troll

Thank you. Is this the same letter I send in reply to a letter saying "we don't have a CCA for this account, but please pay us anyway"?? Just double checking before I make another rookie mistake0 -
Hi Nids, thanks for that I can be confusing sometimes its a woman thing lol. Sent off request yesterday with me £1.00 PO and registered post so now its a waiting game lol cheers0

why where did you get that letter saying that? The letter template advised is your final response, basically you're saying "I wanna see an original CCA or beggar-off"....
So yea, you're disputing what they are saying - thus the letter template to send is this: Debtors Final Response - CCA Received - you cannot make mistakes when i'm guiding you what to send....2010 - year of the troll

Hehe - we all have off days but now we've ironed things out, the crux of the matter was you're at step 1 - i.e. right at the start lol - wish you'd said that from the start! hehe
I like laymans - easier the better (ooooh, me poor heed!) :rotfl:2010 - year of the troll

That's great- it's to reply to a letter from Lowell Financial that also arrived yesterday, saying that they do not have a CCA but they would like me to kindly pay anyway. This is now the third DCA that has come back admitting that they have nothing which is lovely, just wanted to be sure that I'm doing the right thing in sending that final letter, or if I just ignore them now.0 -
Morning NID, think everybody missed you yesterday.
I still don't know how to link back to posts but you had previously asked me to tell you more about the gym membership thing, I put all the details about it in #1764.
I will try to scan all the pages from Egg and try the techy route of PMing you but failing that could you please let me have your email.
Thanks againRainbowLiberty0 -
