Perky was an ugly snout-nosed pig character whose voice used to grate...oooo he must be fifty years old by now...
...or AKA Mike Perkins, who I think you know very well as you see him in the mirror when getting ready for a date.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That is sterling work. I'm well impressed and look forward to Mr Perkins having to eat his words. The cases so far uncoverered are (no doubt there are many others):
Case 7QZ54950, Poulter, Bury St Edmunds
Case 7QZ32226, Cooper, Milton Keynes
Funny enough you will not see those defeats on Perky's joke of a website.
Care to comment Perky? (we know you are on here as usual, having no other life to speak of).
Regards other trolls such as the latest crop of losers, least said the better. I know PPC reps are muttonheads but no need to wear it on your sleeve. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

I thought it was Juan Kerr :rotfl:0 -
Just where on these forums as anyone said people have a right to park anywhere they like.
Spelling not your strong point then, just like this person has trespassed
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3424177
I think that a mistake such as tresspassed instead of trespassed could be easily made by anyone, or could even be a typo, holding down the ssss too long, but as in your message above, using 'as' instead of 'has' is probably a reflection of how you speak.
Should always be careful when correcting other peoples spelling, in case you end up embarrassing yourself.0 -

Seems some are not acting within the law or may not be!
There are too many cowboy clampers out there, i think i mentioned before that i am also against cowboy clampers. However, i also see a need for a private landowner to have a way of removing a wrongfully parked vehicle from their property. Admit it, you wouldn't like it if you came home to find a random vehicle parked in your front garden, but what could you do about it if private clamping companies didn't exist?
The real issue here should be that of regulation, which is what had been proposed before some bright spark in government decided otherwise. The governments real failure was in not regulating clamping at an early stage, which has allowed cowboy companies to flourish and has earned a bad reputation for all clamping companies.
Too many people rely on clampers to operate their land, including councils, hospitals and housing associations. What could they do if legitimate companies were banned? Cash strapped hospitals would have to rely on alternative expensive services which could not pay there way, housing associations and councils would pass the cost to their tenants.
As it stands, clamping and towing is a service which could work if it hadn't have been allowed to get so out of hand.
It's going to be intersting to see what happens if and when the ban does come in.0 -
Oh really how interesting.
APCOA told BBC watchdog that apart from the one instance used by the programme that they had NEVER broken BPA guidelines..BUT I have an E-mail dated prior to that statement from the BPA themselves confirming that my complaint re APCOA flagrantly breaching the code was justified and the BPA had advised them to change things.
So who was lieing APCOA a major PPC that has won industry standard awards (what a joke) or the BPA ...????
Town & City despite being told continue to have signage with the word penalty in numerous car parks.
Pet debt collectors Roxburghe ..so squeaky clean re guidlines and laws ..er I think not ..hence the OFT are currently "MINDED TO REVOKE" their licence to trade.
As for the law ..does OPC ring any bells ...let me remind you GUILTY on numerous counts in a CRIMINAL court !!
Oh and not wishing to prejudge but one can only wonder how another PPC is due in court on criminal charges in September ?
Park Direct have 31 unpaid CCjs how is that operating within the law ??
Shame on Apcoa. I'm aware that there are numerous rogue companies out there, all of which i oppose, but i do think that landowners, for example private estates, should be allowed to remove vehicles that do not have permission to park.
When (what should be) a respected company like Apcoa break the rules, what hope of any defence for a legitimate service?
Regarding park direct, a name that seems to me to be the most attacked, i obviously cannot answer why they don't pay their ccj's. I can however emphasise again that each case is different and the outcome in court can never be predictable. This has led to many companies not defending themselves in court, it does not necessarily mean they acted illegally.0 -
