  • Hi Guys, just been through all my Next statements and have no charges applied to that account. I was quite disappointed about it :)

Have made the £15 payment to Shapely but they've charges me £8.44 interest which was applied to the account on the 31.03.10. So out of the £15 very little has come off the balance. My new balance stands at £143.44.

Will have a little look at DooYoo now and see if I can suss it out.

  • I've just been through my shapely figures statements and over the past 3 years I've had £48 applied to the account as Administration Charge. I've just sent them an e-mail asking for it to be refunded prior to me taking my complaint to the FOS. If they refund this money my balance will be under £100.

  • Thanks Herewego. If I can get the £48 back off shapely I'll be thrilled. I can't see me being able to pay it all off my the 10th April as planned but I'm going to give it a go. If I have to give myself an extra week then so be it. My original date to get it paid off was 31.05.10 and I'm determined to get it sorted well before then. I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed that some extra money comes from somewhere.

I have sold another book on Amazon so will have to post that up and get it in the post tomorrow. Am hoping some of my items will sell on e-bay and make me a few pounds. Am currently waiting for £5 to be transferred from Amazon and £6 from Paypal if I can scrape and extra £4 from my account that will be another £15 that can be deducted.

My mind is constantly thinking pennies and paying off. I can't wait for the day when I can think about spending again :)

  • I know woowoo, I'm praying they will give the charges back, they know I'm struggling so hopefully they'll take into account all the overpayments that I'm making to them and find it in the goodness of their hearts to refund the £48.

Have made a whopping £10.50 on e-bay tonight but am going to have to relist about 20 items :( Am just off to get them all packed up ready for posting in the morning. This is the bit I hate!
