  • Morning. My night out wasn't great and I overslept this morning so now can't go to Morrisions.

Some one remind me this is why I hate not being able to drive, cos if I could drive I could just get in the bloody car and do my sodding shopping. I could walk down there and cab it back but Mum will be upset and worry about dinner.

I hate sundays and I had a crap night out last and I am sorry if I sound like a whinger but I don't care. I get two days to myself and I never seem to enjoy them. And last night was expensive. All I am worried about is !!!!ing work.

I have gone past being sad about it today I am simply angry.

Why can't you go to Morrisons Buffy?

I've done everything that needs doing for now, beef is in the SC for tonight, just need to do the veg later, house is reasonably tidy, both DD's are doing homework.......time to light the fire and veg in front of a film I think. :T

I have beef in the slow cooker for this evening too Pooky (although not for me, I don't eat beef). Hoping it will turn out okay as I have only ever cooked beef a handful of times. Making a casserole type thing, so should be okay.

:grouphug: Buffy, have you thought about applying for jobs at other schools, or are they all as bad?

    I am very tired. :o

I have been looking for two years, cv all ready but there just arent jobs, and to be honest in the borough I work for there have been over 20 teachers made redundant, the cuts are coming! And where I work I get very good money. I just really didn't want to go out last night, I love my friends and I know we have just got paid but I simply do not want to spend that kind of money on ONE night (although actually it wasn't that bad but that was only cos it went so wrong) and they all earn more than me and pay a mortgage so have this view that I have stacks of cash (and okay technically I do but it is all going to egg.

I am just feeling so MAD today. I might just bloody walk to sodding Morrisions and just hope it doesn't bother Mum too much.
    Nevertheless she persisted.

  • Buffy,
I cannot get my head around why it would bother your Mom if you walked to Morrisons?
