Eeeeh whats this thing that you talk of?
Seems like a distant memory.
Ive got an old friend i never see now cause no money(or energy)to do anything.Sad as we had been friends a long time.Makes me feel sad.
I'm sure she is still your friend though - don't use the past tense. Make sure you phone her for a chat. Could you skype?
If I was nearer I'd offer a taxi service.
Old friendships endure - I only see/speak to Kate in the USA now and then but we soon pick up the threads and chat ten to the dozen!0 -

Morning all
Wet and miserable here but not as wet and windy as they predicted, maybe that will come later?
I shan't complain about the weather though when you consider what some people are experiencing in Chilie and the surrounding Islands.
Going to pop a bit of reduced beef in the SC for later and get the uniforms ironed.....exciting eh?
Oh and I've got a Next Girls parka style coat (lightweight) I think aged 11/12 (will check age/size later) to pass on if anyone's interested?"Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -
It's persisting down out there and blowing a proper gale....if I wasn't going to church this morning I would not be venturing out at all.YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -
Sal, did you get my text last night? XEmpty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0

Morning all, bright and dry here at the moment but not looking forward to the impending storm.
My DS2, who is 2, is wandering about the back garden in his pjs with his coat, wellie boots and his hat on. He has a torch and is trying to shine it on things but it is too bright, but he does look very cute.
For me Sunday is getting ready for Monday, less of the chinese laundry but will turn into a steam room later with all the ironing. Hey, Ho!0 -
Morning everyone,
Been on the wii fit as been very lazy bone as of late.
It's raining here at the moment and a tad windy. I hope it doesn't get worse, as I've got to venture out to get my eyes tested later and then go for tea at the olds.
I will get some studying done today, but I've got a feeling the neighbour's going to be doing DIY all day. There's been lots of banging for the past half an hour.
Hey ho, onwards and upwards.

I'm going out for a bit for a coffee at a local pub (free refills yay) supposedly with my book club but a few people have cancelled so I don't know if anyone will turn up, I'm taking an OU textbook with me just in case. Then I'm having sunday dinner with my sister, yum.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
