That does sound hard Buffy. How far off your DFD are you? Would you consider a change of career once you've cleared it?

Details...hmmmm...had a lovely evening with a nice man. :) Is that enough? :rotfl:

I know what you mean Buffy about spending money on one night. I offered to buy my ex bf a chinese on Friday night as he has cooked alot for me recently.

It cost £22.50 and between us we hardly ate anything. I don't know why I didn't eat much and he had heartburn, so most of it was just wasted. I don't mind spending the money if we had got the full value from it, , but on that occassion we didn't and I was annoyed because that money could have been used for better things!

Lol! Well, it was someone I really shouldn't have been seeing. :o But it was nice, we had a really looooong, in depth conversation about all sorts of things, and time absolutely flew by and we did try to behave and made a fairly good pretence of having no intention of anything else happening but....what can I say....I'm irresistable. :rotfl: :rotfl:

I've just been a teeny bit money assertive. :j OH's siblings are sharing a pressie for his parents for Christmas 2010 that I organised (a fantastic BOGOF offer on a denby dinner service which I purchased a few weeks ago). I said I would spend about £100 (until I saw what the shop had in and the exact prices I could not calculate a fixed total) then emailed them with piccies etc to say total came to £117. I just had a text through from one of his siblings asking for our bank details and saying did they need to send £33. I got brave and sent one back saying actually £39 is a three way split but if they only wanted to do £33 then that was fine. Sounds silly but I found it stressful. I got a text back saying £39 is OK - go assertive me :j
