I've got my tickets. I know that I can upgrade on the train but does anyone know the best way to upgrade to first class in order to take advantage of the station lounges?

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to use this to buy tickets for travel tomorrow or Sunday ie. do they have to be posted out to you?

You can collect them at the station.You'll be offered a choice as you go through the booking process.

Did anyone else have problems booking tickets last night? Apparently they were having problems with card authorisation. I called customer services and they said becasue of this they may relaunch the offer again. I hope the OP posts again if they do as I'm sure lots of others missed out too!

No, I booked up to 11:30pm! That would be awesome if they relaunch the offer... Has anyone tried to book today to verify it's over?
