A-ha! A reason to start running. ( Heading LMC's way).
I am currently enjoying a Muller Light 0% Fat lemon Chessecake flavoured yog. ( They were only 99p for a dozen in our Company Shop so I could be alll lemoned out soon!)
Blimey wish I could buy some from your company shop...mucho bargainI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Morning (just).
I've got a doctors appointment this afternoon, and I'm meeting sister for a coffee, there's a few things I want to clear the air about. Also need to do some OU reading for my tutorial tomorrow.
They still haven't taken my furniture, so I'm going to have to phone them about it. I'm tempted to email complaints and say they have seven days to take it or I'll get a private company to do it and send them an invoice. Except they probably wouldn't pay anyway.
I've got a gammon joint in the sc, hopefully it'll turn out ok.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -

Its good innit. We have a shop which stocks short-coded, damaged, overstocked items. Chilled, frozen, everything. Top brands and strange stuff. Always tons of Muller stuff and WW ready meals.
We get cheap chicken at £1.30 each, but it does get boring after a while.
When you are trying to lose some blubber it can be very difficult:o:D stay wonky

...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

As running seems to be a bit of a prob, I'm seriously considering joining. They run regular events ( up to 100 miles ) ....and they allow runners. Lots of events around the Country and cheap even for non-Members.:D stay wonky

Me run, don't be silly! :rotfl:My running style leaves a lot to be desired.
I'm more of a wii fit girl, half an hour steps whilst watching Eastenders or some other form of soap, followed by 10 mins of hula hoops!

Do you bake chocolate brownies with a little strap so that you dont drop them while on the Wii?:D:D stay wonky

im quite suprised that they cant get you in till the 8th!
They could have done it on the 6th but I'm at work. It's not in my line of sight fortunately, and usually only use it for going to work and back twice a week, but sods law I need to drive quite a long way next weekend.
May look into getting the train if it gets worse before then because I'm a bit scared of it breaking while I'm on the motorway doing [STRIKE]80[/STRIKE] 70."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Sounds good Butler, what are you doing with your day off?
Glad your son has grown out of it Kazzy. It's so much more common than people realise, and isn't even considered unusual until about age 7, from what I remember.
Pepe, I like your style.Do you have to go back about the BP & cholesterol? Going to start coming running with us?
Not sure yet. Was going to go for a few scoops for my pals birthday but the weather does not look too appealing. Plus got football tomorrow an an engagement so i think I will be spending enough this weekend.0
