I like the rain. :) I am slightly odd though.

Windscreen not getting repaired until 8th March! They have assured me I have shatterproof glass, so even if the crack gets much worse, I'm not going to end up covered in glass as I drive along one day.

Have to drive to Southport on the 6th, so I hope they are right!!

Well done on the run Sal. Wish I could get out there today.

snaggles, if the crack does get bigger, i would try and avoid driving the car if possible, especially if its in your line of sight.
im quite suprised that they cant get you in till the 8th!

Sounds good Butler, what are you doing with your day off?

Glad your son has grown out of it Kazzy. It's so much more common than people realise, and isn't even considered unusual until about age 7, from what I remember.

Pepe, I like your style. :D Do you have to go back about the BP & cholesterol? Going to start coming running with us? :)

Yes, got 3 weekly checks. ECG next Weds as a 'base line'. Not particlarly worried as high Cholesterol count is in the Family for some reason ( doesnt seem to matter about the diet, a count below 6 is rare) and BP isnt horribly bad. Upping the excercise is on the cards anyway after being off for so long since Xmas.
Running!!!???? May try and start gently as I do get shin-splints very easily.
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

Useful info for the specialist (when he gets an appointment) might be:

    - Has he always wet the bed, or was he dry at one time and is now wet again? yes
    - What is his bladder capacity (to measure this, he can just pee in a jug and record the measurements - do quite a few measurements over the course of a few days so that you will get a true picture)
    - What volume of liquid is he drinking through the day? (Keep a diary - ie 250ml carton, half pint glass of water, etc)
    - Does he wet early on in the night? In the early hours? early hours
    - When he wets, is he really soaking, or is it just a small amount? really soaking
    - What are his sleep patterns like? sleeps all night

craft fairs sorted just need to put washing on line and go to morrisons, jo said that aldis is closing this week so gonna have a nosey there too

Yes thats right. It is very distressing for them though and it gets worse as they get older. It was a gradual change, just one day a week dry which would increase to a few then back to every day wet which was very disappointing. I tried not to put any pressure on him and just washed his bedding or provided training pants. It did seem that if he slept over at a friends he would be dry so we were never sure of the reason for him wetting. I am just so happy for him that he is dry and happy for me as the washing mountain has gone!:T

Nathans the same hes dry when he sleeps out
