Evening everybody,
Cold and damp here all day but at least the snow is all gone....hopefully until next winter.
Fish, hm wedges and lo cabbage for dinner to-night.....had DGS2 also, as he is having a 'sleepover'.
Smoky....hope that you have had a lovely day and that it continues.
Flutterby....glad that you are feeling better at last.
Tired mum....hope all went (or goes) well.
JackieO...sorry to hear about CH, at least it is not as cold as it was last week, but wrap up well and stay warm.
Twink.....BRrrrr!
Have just made pancakes for DGS, his favourite supper....made too many so had a couple myself, just so that they wouldn't go bad!
Seem to forget people all the time, sorry and hugs to all.

Evening everyone
Don't know where the day has gone, the majority of hours at work. Been wet and drissly all day here. Didn't get chance to post properly last night, but read through the thread.
Not much os here today apart from eating hm weetibix cake if that counts:D. Dinner was remainder of beef casserold with all the leftover vegs in it, with new potatoes. wm is on with school uniform so will need to hang up later.
My house is currently like a zoo, ds1(19) is upstairs on xbox making noises whilst playing his game and DS2 on the Wii downstairs doing the same thing. Think I will call time up in 15 mins, but dread the reactions. at least they are not annoying each other.
Happy Birthday Smokybabe:beer:.
TiredMum - hope it goes ok with your ds and he doesn't get aggresive with you(know exactly what you are facing though).
Npm - Ds2 & I howled at the cats on you tube:rotfl:. You are far more organised than I am with my wedding and mines in July.
Dazi - well done to your DD:T.
Lamewolf - Hope your day got better.
Brain is not functioning tonight at all, sorry if I have missed anyone. Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take Care.

Happy Birthday Smokeybabe :bdaycake::bdaycake:
JackieO
Hope you get the heating sorted out quickly and don't get cold.
MSD
So pleased Tris and Michelle are home.
Managed to book a meal tomorrow for DDs 21st birthday, DD got her chipped tooth sorted out yesterday, another dd got her work problem sorted, youngest fell out with best friend and eldest has a job interview next Wednesday so fingers crossed.
Seem to have been on permanent "problem sorting" and cheering up mode for days.
Will wrap some small presents tomorrow before picking up DD from train station. Youngest has a friend staying over and breakfast tomorrow should be interesting as the kitchen ceiling is being finished off in the morning
and I can't go in there and cook.
There is a monthly clothes sale on tomorrow morning so I want to go there and see if I can get stuff to tide me over while the weight is coming off. I don't want to spend loads till I know what size I end up as (even then I'd still want to save money).
Hugs to everyone."This site is addictive!"

How did you get on at the fracture clinic?
Hope it goes ok for you, I will try and remember nearer the time but some days I struggle to remember my own name:o
Fracture clinic was ok, arm is healing at last:D
Neuro visit didn't go so well, I asked about brain surgery to stop the seizures but he was really patronising. He said "Well someone has been doing to much googling" He reckoned I had to much brain damage from 2 head injuries for it to work.
He may see about an MRI to confirm. I am so disappointed:(
Butterfly Brain (I love your user name;)) Sorry to hear about your great neice, hope she recovers soon. My DD had the same thing at 9 days old and it was awful. She recovered well though and is now a healthy (and loud) 6 year old.Sealed Pot Challenge Member NO. 853 :j0 -

Hi guys,
many thanks for the birthday wishes today - they are appreciated very much. A great big :kisses3:to all of you.
I have been very busy the last couple of weeks with the spring cleaning and am left with the lounge and the dumping ground of the room we never use to do. Loads has been thrown out and given away to the charity shop and the plan is to get these last two rooms done this weekend.
I am going to clean out the dumping room and turn it into the dining room and move the table and chairs in there from the lounge and then my sis will be up on Sunday to help move the big dresser in to the lounge. I am looking forward to getting finished as I am a bit pooped at the moment.
Anyway I am having a couple of  and going to watch wire in the blood that I taped and then off to bed.
Hugs to all in need tonight.
