How does this work - is there any ice involved?

Anyone know where I can get a decent Air Cooler - I almost picked one up in Tesco for £149 then realised it was an Air Conditioner instead ...

Seriously though Tesco are selling protable Air Con units for £149..

Just emailed Dixons about their "false and misleading" item description, we`ll see if they change it but I doubt it.
