That's great news hun! By my very rough calculations that's about £35 a month after tax or a free tank of fuel if you want to look at it that way :D

Very happily married on 10th April 2013 :D

You can use one of the online calculators if you want to know exactly, like this one

That wee calculator is brilliant Beccie, I just used it to work out what I would get if my boss was nice and gave me what I am entitled to this year :)

    Confession time.....

Well, its pay day today and I must, must, must stick to my budget from now on - my debt has actually gone up

I have been ignoring a few mini debts etc, which I have now used my balance transfer money to clear. I have also used some of the balance transfer money against the Lloyds credit card instead of my overdraft as I kept spending it! And I used £1000 of it as a deposit for my new car.

Please don't shout at me :(

I have now amended my signature to be 100% truthful, no more lying to myself.

I seriously need to start being strict with myself again if I want to get this debt cleared before I reach retirement age! I actually have no idea what my estimated DFD is now.

Am going back to getting rid of the Lloyds c/c as I don't trust myself with my o/d as the money can still be spent!

Have withdrawn my £50 spending money today and it has to last till next Friday - am going to the cinema tonight, my brothers engagement party tomorrow and it has to cover food.
