Thanks for the link mz, still can't believe it, it's very pretty and could be the Alps!

Do you ski or snowboard? I switched to boarding 2 years ago and could never go back to ski boots now!

Have you ever skiied in Europe?

I ski but want to give boarding a go, just dont know if i have the coordination for it lol (was never all that good on a skateboard although i can surf a little). Nope never skiied in Europe, although my aunt and uncle have been promising to take me (they are from stoke-on-trent in the UK) but i still have to come up with the cash for airfare (which is well over $2000 return).

    Hi Woo,

I read your diary a couple of nights ago but didn't get round to replying so thought I would come and do it now :D

You have done so well already and the 1p payments to the card do make me smile! The leafletting sounds hard work but no one can doubt your committment to clearing your debts. I did look into it after reading your diary but there is the small issue that I am quite petrified of dogs and I think if I walked down someones path and heard one bark I would probably run the other way :o

I hope tomorrow the weather is dry for you and I will pop back soon to see how you are getting on

    Jody

Thanks Jody, I quite like the leaflet delivering as me and my friend just chat the whole way round. It's not much fun when your trying to shove your leaflet through a furry letter box, as you have to practically put your whole hand in, with a dog running up the hallway towards the door at top speed lol!

£7k in 7 months, I reckon you can do it, you've done so well already x

Yep my mum and dad are both originally from the UK, mum from maidenhead and dad from the midlands, they moved out here in 1982. The large majority of my extened family is still in the UK, 2 sets of aunts and uncles (with one other set here but in New South Wales) and my grandparents on my mums side. Oh and then there are my 6 cousins as well lol.

I just worked out that my debt currently costs me £5.50 a day in interest, will definately be keeping this figure in mind next time I want to waste money on a takeaway or any other 'wants' I feel the need to spend my money on!
