Have just updated my spreadsheets, based on the current level of interest I am paying, my last payment on the Lloyds card will be in July. I need to knock two months off this and make the last one May.

I reckon that's do-able - how much is that per day?

I think this is an amazing little forum and cannot believe how easy this week has been - I actually picture you guys before I buy anything - ANYTHING - and think of how I will explain/justify it (even my extra banana yesterday came under scrutiny!). My worry is that at the moment it is all very new to me and I will get bored, so I must ensure that I stick with this to the end. Then I intend to never use credit again.

Not sure, but its an extra £125 per month. Obviously as this interest drops, so will the extra to find. I reckon I will do it somehow!

Well make sure you stick with it to the end, besides debt busting actually becomes quite addictive so its not as hard as you might think!

I think you can do this! You do seem to really be able to squeeze your budget.

Maybe you could start a little tally thing then each extra payment you send could be 1p/£1,000 as you can along to see how close you are getting? :)

I'm sure by May it will read £1000/£1000 x

    Agree with Woo!

    You will get addicted.

You will also get the inevitable down moments when you get fed up with it all - just come on here and we'll do our best to cheer you up.

I think the fact I update my spreadsheet every week day and check in here every week day keeps me focused.

On weekends I don't look at my spreadsheets or come on here (sorry guys) but that makes me feel like I have time off from debt-busting as it were, just so I don't get overwhelmed with it all.
