Another 20p paid off Lloyds this morning, progress is slow and steady!
My online statement has a long list of 'payment received' - I love it!LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)
Barclays: £2,928.34 Lloyds: £2,499.60
MBNA: £3,788.99 Overdraft: £1,900.00 Mum: £1,738.00

Coool
I might try your method. I have to say I'd love to see that statement with line after line of payment received, rather than switch this switch that.
Keep up the good work.

Another £15.80 paid off Lloyds today.
I have taken a bit of a gamble with my petrol allowance, as I now walk to work twice a week I am hoping I will only need £15 per week (as opposed to £20) - hence I managed to free up another £15 today.LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

This is turning into a brilliant journey. Well done and keep up the good work.
You've inspired me to start paying all my loose change into the bank and paying it off of my CC.
Just one question tho, I've always been under the impression you couldn't just walk into a bank and pay small amounts in. Is this true?
Thanks

Hi Andy
I go to Natwest every Saturday and pay in the smallest amounts, sometimes less than a £1!
A little bit embarrassing, but I know why I'm doing it so I don't care anymore!
Just remember every penny paid off your credit card is another penny they can't charge you interest on!
