More people looking at selling or buying? More activity?

"Activity" is usually an indication of desire.... number of EA enquiries, no of rightmove hits..... VERY different to demand.

It's nasty paying £138 a month I tell you. At least the offset is nice and healthy.:)

Offset is capital repayment. £12K went into /off the mortgage account last year but I tend to allow the savings part of the offset build to around £17K before moving it.

In reality it makes no difference where you put it in an offset.

Good to see you in a better mood tonight.
What's it gonna take for the bulls to realise we are on a non stop rollercoaster to oblivion?
Have I missed LemonJellys gender whilst cruising the drive thru?

I can't help you on the gender issue. It may be the bulls are right and there is no end to the success story that is the UK economy. If house prices do continue rising I will issue a public apology in 2013.

Just looked at the board stats.

391 were looking at the buying and selling board

    25 viewing this.

The amount viewing the buying and selling board is the highest I have seen, the highest last year I saw was around 225.

Mind you it looks like we are up at least 1 or 2. :)

Is this indicative of the market becoming more active again?

This board is 7% up on this time last year.
If Generali comes on and puts this down to noise you'll never see me again.

You have failed to read anything I have wrote and have just done the usual.

"Your a Bull, I 'am a Bear" rubbish which you seem so blinkered to. You cant even debate, you see the author and then read what you want in to it, not what is written.

Go through and read slowly, you will then see I have not once linked this to more sales.
without reading the previous post i reckon this is about Graham :wall::wall::wall:

just give up - it's not your fault he's slow and doesn't understand things very easily

Lots of sellers that can't sell ... and buyers whose valuations are down?

    Just a note for everyone.

Masterchef is back on our TV screen, hence I would expect a huge increase in obesity.
