House buying, selling and renting board V this one. Looks like activity is picking up

It might just mean that the board has been mentioned in the newsletter or on the radio. If the mortgage free board gets a mention we sometimes see thousands looking at the board. Usually there are about 30 or less:D
That figure does seem higher than usual.0 -

LOL. No!
There are 401 viewing the debt free wannabe board at the moment, and 49 the bankruptcy board.
I will check later on to see if the numbers have gone down, that way, we can tell there is less debt out there. :rotfl:
Just using a bit of logic Graham (sorry about that, I know the rolling smiley means you cant do logic)
But would not more people ask questions use the site if there was more activity.
I would any increase in numbers for any part of the board may indicate more interest in that part.
It is hard to argue that they are all habitual users like yourself on that board.
You just can't get past the "bull, bear" thing can you and have open debate.
It could be because more people need to sell but you must always look in the most narrow minded way as possible.
But then you are the board Troll now.:rotfl:(look I can do them too... yawn)0 -

Thanks for a logical answer, I was just surprised it had gone up so much compared to last year.0 -

Well personally I no longer look at the front page for this board because every thread seems to turn into an argument.0

Having looked a bit a fair few of the people referred to as "bears" post on there.
Surprisingly they are hardly encouraging people, seems to be more like trying to scare them. (TBF some comments look helpful):)
No wonder it is so quiet here.0 -

Go on, name names.
I'd look, but honestly, I'm too lazy, & also may end up on there for an hour, but I only have 5 mins...It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
probably those that believe that they can influence house prices by using an internet forum by telling them horror stories about house price crashes :eek:lemonjelly wrote: »Go on, name names.
