Ok, I'm going to give you a clue as to why I find this amusing.

That board is in no way any indication.

The indication of where the economy is going is released monthly in various articles. The ACTUAL activity is being reported. You denied this saying t was snow, but come on here to ask if a board on here is a sign things are picking up?

You really do struggle with reading or logic don't you Graham. I would do a cause in my spare time If I were you, do something constructive and learn in stead of trolling on here.

    Thanks for the concern fella!

I just checked there seems to be about 8 on the front page so that is a bit disingenuous.

As far as I know it is selling also............. don't see why an increase in users seems to be put down to me insinuating people are only buying.

It always has been busy on there for renting but people have got to admit the amount of users on there at the mo seems to well over average.

Care to show me that quote.

I thought many on here still saw anecdotal as a useful indicator?

Considering you say all reports are fudged or VI an you use anecdotal yourself (your neighbour on benefits springs to mind) I am surprised you have the balls to write the above

Oh come on really. I'll be saying you need to attend an Anger Management Cause in a min.

So I disagreed with you. I couldn't link the amount of people on a board to a sign the economy is improving. Why? Cus you only have to look at the news to see the economy is in no way improving.

Should I simply say nothing at all if you ask a question and I disagree?

    This one caught my eye...

About to exchange, half of garden owned by council

But I don't normally go on there, they don't like my jokes.

:T Like I said the board includes selling.

But is selling not included in possible increasing activity (even though to downsize you need to then buy again)

You have failed to read anything I have wrote and have just done the usual.

"Your a Bull, I 'am a Bear" rubbish which you seem so blinkered to. You cant even debate, you see the author and then read what you want in to it, not what is written.

Go through and read slowly, you will then see I have not once linked this to more sales.

Surely that should be on Marriages & Relationships?

Anyway, we all know; it's the same old story: 'Use it or lose it!' love-smiley-013.gif

Well I don't suppose an Unemployed will be buying again. Although I admit I didn't read it.

True (well you could if you had enough equity to not need a mortgage), but even selling is increased activity. Like I said activity could be anything forced sales (like mentioned)

Not sure why some can't debate instead of just trying to mock the observation of the board being busy?
