Go through and read slowly, you will then see I have not once linked this to more sales.
So tell me then.
What does "market more active" mean then?
If it does not mean sales, what does it mean?
(not that I said sales, I talked about the economy n genral, but I'll let that go)
To me, it simply looks like a lot of people, are having alot of problems.0 -
Could be, after all it is Spring approaching and that is a peak time for looking and thinking about houses and stuff.True, butt even selling is increased activity. Like I said activity could be anything forced sales (like mentioned)
Not sure why some can't debate instead of just trying to mock the observation of the board being busy?
As for mocking rather than debating.. come on. You've been here long enough now. I'd rather a good mock than a debate any day.0 -

More people looking at selling or buying? More activity?
Not that hard a concept surly.
But I had already said this so I take you did not read then.So why an increase in users/viewers? (activity can be negative or positive, forced sales or buying because you want to/can)0 -
Well that will include more problems with selling and buying, and also finances.
I think it will just be easier for me to agree.

Congrats Graham you understand.
You don't have to agree, reading processing the line and writing a response not based on being a "bull or Bear" will suffice.0 -
