Im still trying to get through all the posts ha ha,
I must admit seeing all the things you talk about to do with card making almost puts me off, there is so many different things its so daunting!
But... Ive bought a card making magazine with a kit (flower fairies) its an old issue of 'lets make cards' so waiting for that to arrive and a new wilkinsons has opened up in the next town and has lots of create and craft's items in there so when we go up tomorrow im going to grab a cutting board, craft knife and double sided sticky tape and then when the magazine arrives I can get started :j

So im going to start off with just cutting and sticking and hopefully eventually move on to all the other gubbins

Hope everyone is ok, big hugs to anyone that needs/wants them

Oh and the cat comments have made me laugh lots! Mine are indoor cats (used to let them out but 2 never came back, got by foxes I think) so our new ones are indoor kitties, so I don't get 'presents' ha ha

Tomsmum :eek: thank goodness it was only a mouse!! although they are always half chewed!! mainly with guts hanging out! ... our old cat who we had to have put down last year he used to bring in presents, but he always brought them in alive to play with in the house, we spent 3 hours one night trying to catch a mouse which had climbed up the curtains! :rotfl: The rabbits had a lucky escape! :eek:

Pepop - yes thanks, it has downloaded and installed but it is still the same :mad: so I need to download some more software to print them! I give up!

Right, I have made another 2 cards ... so 3 in total today :eek: still want to make more so may well do so in a mo, hoping FIL can come to ikea with me tonight as they are selling all the trofast stuff and there are only 2 units that we need left, so they have our name on but may not be there at the weekend so need to get up there tonight, only problem is, they are heavy and I cant lift them or tie them onto the roof :rotfl:

Oh and my OH has his bike test booked for 1 week today!! I am quite scared for him as he is doing it up there and I hate to think something might happen and I am hundreds of miles away! I know I shouldnt think like that though!!

Anyway off to blog the next 2 cards!

Giggle my stash arrived from card 4 u today too... it is rather nice.. I am itching to get cracking using it, but need to make a bit more of an impression on the conservatory boxes first... :mad:

waiting for my order from a card 4 you. thanks for letting us all know about the half price offer. I stocked up on 6x6 paper pads and even found a decoupage sheet with hens on just right for my brother in laws birthday as he has quite a lot of hens.

Melissa so sorry for you and your OH on the sad passing of his grandad, it is never ever easy to accept even when it's a release from pain.

Rainmac and Hassy I want to join in with your stash ban 'cos I have bought so much craft stuff these last few months, it's scary :eek:. Count me in, when does it start? Now? Bother I forgot, I'm commited to a spend on SU every month but that's all, can I still join?

Just waiting for acard4u and Elzybells to come, I've never bought Elzybells before, are they very big?

Wifey Oooh glad you can join us... I don't think the SU monthly thing will count as far as I am concerned..
I stopped from late Tuesday night, so yep, it is now... it's so hard when I read about what offers there are, and forgot about the lovely stamps and stuff I had been thinking about, but I have been looking in my room and tidying boxes and it is ridiculous the amount of stuff I have, I need to be using it rather than just collecting it... it will be easier with a few of us supporting each other.. very MSE, I reckon Martin will be proud of us..
