Well ladies - I am feeling sorry for myself today - I've got a rotten cold plus my pins and punches still haven't arrived!!! On the plus side though I ordered some Magnolia stamps the other day and they arrived this morning!!!

Rusty - Am I right in thinking that you used to order the Magnolia releases from their store - I wondered whether you thought it was worth it?????

Marg - I've still not heard back from that website re the nesties - I might send them another email.

Dragonllew - congrats on your win!

    Hi Melissa,

Yep I did, and encouraged choccys spendy elves to join mine!! ... for the price then yes I would say it was worth it, providing you know that you wont get the *full* release, and there will be others that are released which you may want, it works out a lot cheaper, think it was about £28 or something silly? worth it for what you got though!

Hope you feel better soon The-Wife :)

I stripped DS's room to Vac, OH joined me and has pulled all the units and wardrobe off the wall, then we stripped the paper off one of the walls, now looks like we need a trip to ikea!! :rotfl: oh well about time it got done!

    Skiergirl ,you,ve been blogging then,lol.
i wish my cards looked more professional, being an OAP ,cant really afford all the lovely papers and trims,i really love the martha Stewart punches ,but cant justify spending out just now.
I will have to wait for some birthday or Christmas money .
I usually use wrapping paper for my backgrounds,or wallpaper samples, need to buy a printer so i can print out some papers.
I have won some Tilda printouts today,on flea bay, and have found my water colour pencils ,at last,so I,m ready to try colouring them in and seeing how they will look .
Earnings £245 in 2014:T thanks to swagbucks

Have finished sorting out my craft stuff, goodness I have loads of papers... I think I had best not buy anymore until I have used some up

Things have been going wrong today, can't get internet to work on my laptop, no idea why as everything is plugged in and seems ok. Took my mixer thingy out of the dishwasher and it is all cracked so will have to throw the processor away.
Now my printer won't print, I think I have bought some ink that are not canon ink so I am hoping that is the problem, oh well fifteen quid wasted if it is, if it's not I think I might cry :o

Wanna b, thanks for your help I have a picture appeared on my blog so I am guessing I might have done something right today :D
  • Hi Ladies,
Just popping in briefly to say hello, I've been away on holidays for the last week so I've got lots of catching up to do :j

    Congratulations to all the winners!

Can I ask what you will be making with the test tubes rusty? I'm intrigued!

Can I also ask if anyone can recommend the cheapest place to buy the scalloped punches, I really have to give in and order one now!

evening all, well done to all the winners! it seems like we have one or 2 winners a day recently, yay!

had quite a successful day today, was so incredibly stressful with the setting up and organization but we got there in the end and didnt do too badly, covered the cost of my table which was the main thing! The best sellers were decorated notebooks! only sold 4 cards though so questioning whether it's worth taking them, people seem to prefer the little gifty items. I got there about half 9 and got home about half 4, and have been asleep since then! hope everyones having a good day!
