Thanks I found this tilda couple on ebay last night and thought that they would look good coloured in creamy colourswanna-b-rich wrote: »Well done our winner :j- the challenge blogs are starting look like a who's who of MSE:D0 -
wow what a lucky bunch we are at the moment!
hope you all have a great day today and enjoy the weather.
hope it's all going well gem x0 -
Well done Dragonllew :T. What an exciting week for winners it's been.
Well, can you send us some sunshine please. We've again got a dull grey day and quite windy. I'm still wearing a thick cardi!!!!! I think Mr Sun has forgotten our little corner of Wales.
WBR - I hope everything all goes well for you at the hospital today. Appointments on a Saturday ????????? Gosh!!!! I'm sure they don't do that around here.
Not sure what I'll be doing today. The ironing is calling but............... I need to make a card for my friend's OH who's 65 soon.
Have a good day everyone.0 -
Thank you Rusty for heads up about bunny zoes nesties, my cutting is such that I'm considering getting squares!
Not much choice of others so might wait to see if the place Melissa found has better. (I used to be undecided now I can't make up my mind!)
Questions please
Are the Pearl pens a bit like glossy accents/stickles to use?
Is any one make better than another? TIA0 -
RustyFlange wrote: »Thanks flour girl, This is the seller, not sure what I need, may have to just buy a few, thought I might be able to make some for teachers but as bunbun told me yesterday I only have 2 weeks!
Can't remember what else I have read, shouldn't even be on here but I am. Will update weight loss blog tomorrow! Not as good this week but it's cool ... I have dropped 2 dress sizes! Woohoo
Have a good weekend all xxx
Sorry, I snipped your post.
Before you order those test tubes Rusty just make sure they are the size you want, the ones in the link are only 3 inches long. The ones we got last year are 6 inches long, I have tried to find you the seller but it must be on my laptop at my sons. Might be a good idea to ask Rainmac if she has the seller saved. I would hate you to waste your money on something too small.
Fantastic news on the weight loss, 2 dress sizes down is absoloutely amazing xxx0 -
wanna-b-rich wrote: »Rusty - well done on your weightloss, that's fab. Can I please ask a couple of questions about the robo? If I bought one could I do away with my Bigshot and dies - in other words can the robo cut things like my nesties. If so why I haven't I bought one before - I've probably spent as much on dies as I would've a Robo!!
Also, is it difficult to use and do you need to buy any extra bits n bobs for it and are they expensive? TIA
Won't be around much today as I've got a hospital appointment today for an investigation and then a biopsy - not looking forward to it, just hope that in this heat I don't make a complete idiot of myself by fainting.
Easy enough to use, although I was scared to start with but then although I am good with technology, I didnt feel I would be with this, but its good nowI know the basics and can create my own files, Personally the mistake I made was getting rid of my nesties cause it is easier to grab the cuttlebug to do a quick scallop circle or something, rather than plugging in the robo, setting up the lappy, layering the card on the mat .... so I would keep them still if you already have them
Morning,
I have been wondering how you make nesties for the robo, I'm still getting used to it and have not really had time to play, I have downloaded a few freebie for it, may get around to having a bit of a play today or will take the lappy out to Mums and have a play on the software when the children are having team,
I am taking the children to Dartmoor Zoo in a minute so hopefully the weather will hold out for us,
take care Jo x
 didnt know you had one, my OH makes them up using autocad, he is good like that. If you want copies of the files sending over just shout! I will need your email address though! xx
Flourgirl, I had saved 2 links from that seller, one was longer, sorry I wasnt looking properly when I put the link up, my excuse was I was tired!! ... too busy watching this stand off with the Gunman locally!
Dragonllew - Well done you xx .... love the stamped images!
Managed to find some fab new files for the robo through UKS to someones blog!! Need to give a few of them a try before passing them on!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

wanna-b-rich wrote: »Flying visit from me, so sorry if I miss anyone! Don't suppose anyone has tried the scented embossing powder from Debbie Moore? I got some and tried to use it on some cards today and can only say it's carp!! I've tried everything this afternoon to get it to work with no joy. Wondering if I have a dodgy batch or that it is just rubbish??
WBR I bought some ages ago from Simon Says Stamp with a coffee aroma and it still smells good so perhaps it's just the make? Hope all goes well at the hozzy.
:j :j:j a big cheer for dragonllew for a super and well deserved win! :j:j:j
Off to have a lie down, I stupidly drank a glass of wine 'cos it was there and now can't stop sneezing and the eyes are watering and there's plenty of dripping nose. Why oh why do I do it? Daft Bat! But it was nice, Zinfandel Rose from M & S on one of their meal deals. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -
