DTB  How is your son & heir today? Feeling better I hope......

    Hello there!

He's much better today thank godness - was driving myself mad worrying he had meningitis - all the symptoms but no rash I was checking him hourly (even through some of the night) to make sure one didn't appear. He's not eaten much today but was determined to make it to diving squad practice this afternoon so I let him go - he sat out a little bit but has been back to his mornal self since getting back - maybe the exercise did him good.
I went to the gym whilst he was there and the exercise has given me a humungous headache - it's really too hot for that malarkey. Have been to bed for an hour but forced myself up or I won;t sleep tonight.
Have managed to do a bit of tidying in the craft room and have punched out some flowers but that's about it for me craft-wise this week. Mum is down South looking after Granny so I've had to keep an eye on my Dad too - he fell down the stairs yesterday - he's fine but it nearly finished me off!

,i really love the martha Stewart punches ,but cant justify spending out just now.

I have a couple of woodware border punches which at about £4 each are much cheaper than Martha Stewart ones I got mine in my local shop but they are like these ones here

sorry DTB I didn't realise your son had been ill. so glad he is feeling better, it must have been so worrying for you. hope your headache goes soon.

No worries - I haven't had time to post on here but have been nipping onto facebok occasionally which is how Marg knew. I think I just panicked a bit - he's not a sickly child as a general rule.

Gemm well done on your sales!

DTB just the thought of the gym in this weather would give me headache, any weather come to that! :rotfl:

Well, the nose has stopped dripping so it serves me right.

JuJu it's amazing - I don't "do" charm bracelets but yours has me considering changing my mind :D

Hello everyone, the disco last night was a chore, it was sooooo hot :(, we also ran out of squash so I had to do a supermarket dash, not good in 30 degree heat!!! I took DS2 to a party this afternoon and we are off for a Chinese for FIL birthday tomorrow. No cooking for me tomorrow, yippee! It's still really hot here and we've had no rain for weeks.

Rusty, I have no idea now who I ordered the test tubes from, sorry :(

Well done on your fair Gemm, whoo hoo, are you going to do another one? I found other bits sold much better than cards. I bet your stuff would sell brilliantly at Xmas fairs ;)

Off to catch up on blogs x
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain
