    Evening all.

Thanks for all your good wishes - I didn't faint, but have to go back next month to see the consultant to discuss my options, whatever that means?!! Feel a bit sore but nothing some painkillers won't solve.

If you haven't already entered the £40 gift voucher giveaway on my blog, please do so, I'd love someone from here to win. Apologies if you've already seen it and decided not to enter.

Rusty - thanks for getting back to me re the Robo and thanks for the advice re keeping the nesties. I think a robo maybe on the cards in the future, but will have to save my pennies for one as I won't be off-setting the cost now. x

The-Wife -thanks for the info re the embossing powder, I think I'll ring them to complain, I tried the other flavours out and they are all the same, blotchy and no fragrance, maybe it's a dodgy batch. What a tragedy to be allergic to wine - it gives me a headache, but that normally due to me over indulging.

Lei - sorry meant to post yesterday, I have this "scene its" and I love them. I have the Lavinia Silhouettes on my to buy list atm.

Jowri - hope you had a good day

Madfrog - sounds like you're having a bad day! glad you got the link sorted out. Thanks for entering. x

Melissa - hope you feel better soon, summer colds are just pants

Artydoll - you have a PM

Gemm - glad your fair went ok. I have to apologise to you regarding the sunshine award - I didn't do anything with it other than accept as I didn't know who to give it too - sorry.

    JuJu
    - that bracelet is lovely. I've not seen round tiles before - did you bring them in from the US?

BunBun - I've had LOTV stamps in my basket about three times this week and then not checked out - sorry you missed out on the sheet you wanted.

    DTB
    - glad your son is feeling better, hope your headache goes away

Hopefully I've not missed anyone out, apologies if I have.

Well my day has been up and down I guess, more unpleasantness in that the car is playing up again, something to do with the turbo, luckily it is still uner warranty so will try and book it in on Monday. Went to hang washing out and the plastic bascket handle broke, as did a dozen clothes pegs .. the heat maybe??

laptop still not loading internet, not even with the vodaphone dongle I usually use at work ... I am hoping something is down in our area, also the printer wont now turn off  grrr

On a positive note, I am a bit excited because I have tomatoes growing, cucumbers, and 3 courgettes ready to pick :D

Have decided to start SIL cross stitch tonight, think I will leave all technical things well and truly alone

Wishfulcomper - I'm not very good at this but I'll try to say how I do it. I have the blog open that I'm posting about & highlight & copy its address, then in my blog post I click on the icon that says 'link' this brings up a box with 2 spaces in it. In the bottom one you paste the address of the blog you want to refer tothat you've just copied and it also appears in the top one. You can then alter the text in the top one to what you want to appear. There is also the chance to test the link which is reassuring.

Think that's as clear as mud - sorry!

Hope things are getting better for your MIL x

Thanks Marg. I've managed to put a 'link' there but it doesn't seem to click through and link :o I will have to try again.

I want to put it on the other side of the page from my posts, but I can't seem to put a link.
