Flourgirl - sorry to hear about your Dad - hope all goes well next week. Yes, you will be due lots of stash, the medicals alone are costly & the chap DH goes to spends most of the appointment ranting about the government!!
PONR - sorry never been to Marakesh - Have you tried looking on Trip Advisor? I usually check there before going anywhere. Candid reports & at least you'd know which hotels to avoid.
Nici - sorry you too are feeling carp - please don't stay away - we are here to help chase the blues away.
Gemma - ((Hugs)) I can only keep track if I comment on the blog once I've read it I'd never remember to do it on here. Oh & after the afternoon I've just had you can have my job if you like!!
Hassy Rusty Padster & Mad frog - Hello :wave:0 -
Hi all, I've just come on after a few days awol, haven't had a chance to catch up I'll try and do that tonight once the kids are in bed.
Hugs to all, sounds like a fair few needing them, (I'll understand why later when I read back the thread!).
I've been up and down the last few days so I'm fighting the feeling to not come on here, as not feeling very sociable, but I know I'll feel better after reading and chatting abit.
Sigh, not much crafting time been available, especially as dh away for next few days. I'll be back on later though,
Speak more then
Nici x
hugs to you too Nici, I'm feeling exactly the same (unsociable) but somehow talking on here doesnt feel like socialising properly lol, its just realy good to get things off your chest and everyone here is lovely, the amount I've been moaning recently I'm sure if i did it anywhere else than on here I'm sure I'd be told to get lost!0 -
Marg - I always check Trip Advisor as well but the trouble is there are hundreds of hotels and guest houses in Marrakech so it is a mammouth task picking out a list to check lol!!! I've been up till late last few nights looking!!
Boohoo - was just playing with my promarkers and the image I stamped blurred when i used the pen. It is a waterproof stamp pad but doesn't mention using with alcohol based pens. Which stamp pads are you all using with Promarkers??
Thanks xxThe E-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.0 -

Memento ink pads work best with Promarkers.
You can use Stazon but have to be careful not to go over the ink lines with your penfurrypig says:my name is Choccy and I am addicted to nose free stamps as I want to save them all and give them noses!!!:rotfl:
About me. Im Choccy or Chocolate orange depending on where i am.Yes occasionally i am a total looon who spends too long online, but no where near as much £ as her spendy elves do ..:D0 -

Thankg guys, I'm crying just reading this, sigh, no reason for it, just how I feel. I feel daft as I really have no reason to feel this low but somehow I do. I can't even get crafty and focus on cards or beads as I'm just exhausted. Anyway I promise to keep coming on here tonight and chatting when I can. I know I feel better for it but still find it hard to make myself do it which is really frustrating.
I owe someone an apology for not having sent off their May ATC for CP yet, but it will get done I promise. I have the idea in my head but I suspect it will be the weekend before i get a chance to make it up. In fact I'm planning on dumping the kids on hubby on sunday so I can get a catch up with myself. I want to make up a few ATC's that I'm behind on and see how I go from there.
Anyway I had better go get something to eat before the chocolate starts shouting my name from the fridge...

Awww Nici - sorry you are feeling so down. A child free day on Sunday will be nice, maybe you can lose yourself in crafting. Chocolate from the fridge sounds like it might cheer you up abit!!!! I wish I didn't like chocolate, imagine being able to resist it because you didn't like it!!! Hugs to you Nici, sun is shining, tomorrow's a new day xxxThe E-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.0
