Hi all, I've just come on after a few days awol, haven't had a chance to catch up I'll try and do that tonight once the kids are in bed.
Hugs to all, sounds like a fair few needing them, (I'll understand why later when I read back the thread!).
I've been up and down the last few days so I'm fighting the feeling to not come on here, as not feeling very sociable, but I know I'll feel better after reading and chatting abit.
Sigh, not much crafting time been available, especially as dh away for next few days. I'll be back on later though,
    Speak more then

thanks for your encouragement everyone, I have a GPs appointment tomorow morning so will see how that goes.

I've applied for 2 part time jobs elsewhere recently but didnt even get so far as interviews :( I really feel for those out of work as its supposedly easier to get a job whilst youre already employed - my ar5e!

lei- my annual leave runs from jan-dec and I've already used a hell of a lot this year, I need to save some for the rest really! I doubt I'd get the time off anyway at the moment as there are several others in my team on holiday and there would be cover issues etc. if my GP thinks I should be off though it wont be my problem anymore

madfrog - I did ask to reduce my hours (on the basis of unpaid leave) but they said no, if I want to do less hours I have to go through the formal process which can take ages and it's unlikely I'll be successful anyway as it's really meant to aid people who have children to care for. I could tell them my 2 cats create as much work for me as one child :rotfl:

lots of people at work keep asking me if I'm ok as i'm very quiet which kind of makes it worse in a way as I just get upset, I do appreciate peoples concern though. just think I want to shrink away into a corner and not be noticed but my office is completely open plan so thats not even possible. :o

hassy thanks for your pm xx

addams - hope you can join in the ATC swap with your dry embossing ;)

marg what a shame for your OH and his flight, fingers crossed he can go soon x
