Marg - glad the opticians knew what your problem with your eyes was, and have sorted you out. Great that you didn't have to pay either.
OAP - sorry you are still having health problems, hope you are feeling better soon.
Choccy - just pm'd you about haunted houses x
Managed to make OHs birthday card from the boys, and will blog it on Sunday (OH looks on my blog, so don't want to spoil the surprise), it is along the same lines as my gadget cards, but Harry wanted me to do something with a dairy milk bar - OHs favourite. I'm really impressed how it has come out and I think it looks good enough to eat!
Half way through a haunted house one from me but having trouble thinking of a sentiment to put on it. Any ideas? - my best so far is - Wishing you a spooky birthday2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family. It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,0000 -
Wishing you a spooktacular birthday?
Wishing you a bewitching birthday?

Sorry I've not caught up with blogs yet, I'm trying to protect my eyes a bit, though it's not easy to get about with them shut! I fell asleep in the car on the way to work yesterday 'resting' my eyes, :rotfl:lucky DH was driving!
I've had to finish a much overdue wedding acceptance card today, which is ok (ish) but I used Anita's tacky glue on it and now need advice please. I couldn't get it to flow out of the nozzle so used a bit of card as a spreader. The result was a bit 'heavy' and whilst it wasn't wrinkled it made the front of the card a bit 'wavy'. I presume I used too much:o Should I not have used it for backing paper? Should it flow OK out of the nozzle?
Hassy - I've no idea about the differences, sorry I've only recently got the MS one. It worked OK for me, but agree the bonefolder does seem a bit flimsy compared to my 'proper' one.
Must go......... got to prepare for Choccy & Scatty Jan's ironing:rotfl:
Marg, so glad you got your eyes checked and ok'd xxx I use Anita's glue for nearly everything including paper but use it very sparingly. Try sticking your card under something very heavy for a few hours to see if that smoothes it out?
Hi Rusty, I love your B card, it's gorgeous and full of B's
oap, oh no, sending you huge hugs xxx
Hassy, I bought the Lili of the Valley boys at a game station stamp and another one I can't remember? God isn't that awful, only ordered them yesterday
I've sent a card in for the Pink Gem DT call, wish me luck and I hope some or all of you lovely ladies will join meIt's for 3 months. You get 2 free Pink Gem stamps a month
My card is here x

Wifey Super easel cards, I've left a comment. Both lovely but the pink one is my favourite as I is a pink girl
. Actually, you could put the second one in a pink and green challenge over at Totally Gorjuss.
TomsMom thank you, I've just entered it on their blog. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -
ScattyJan - Fingers crossed for your house sale and happy hunting for a new one.
Hassy - I have the MS Scoreboard and love it, I've only used it a few times but find it great. I will admit though that the scorer does seem a bit flimsy.
Marg - Think there must be something in the water or air (other than ash) I have done exactly the same as you. I wanted to cover a notepad as a thank you present and never having done one before decided to use glue rather than tape. I have ended up doing what Rainmac suggested and put it under some heavy books for an hour. It has helped a bit but I didn't want to leave it any longer as I thought it might flatten the ribbon knot.
Rainmac - What Anita glue do you use please and is that what you use for the post it note holders? Good luck in Pink Gem DT challenge
Is anyone else having problems with blogger today. It has let me post but my reading list has gone to pot and it keeps crashing when I try to comment?
I have blogged my parents anniversary card here. Must go and do some jobs as I'm out tonight at a stamping techniques workshop, think we're doing backgrounds tonight.

Has anyone seen any ideas for posh wallets or similar for gift vouchers. We are going to a wedding at the end of this month and three of us have clubbed together and are getting gift vouchers and I wanted something nicer to put them in.
Thanks0 -

Tired Mom, thank you, I use Anita's tacky glue, a little goes a long way, I stick everything or nearly everything with it, it is strong and dries clear.
For a money wallet how about these? http://mamajackiesscraps.blogspot.com/2009/12/money-holder-template-freebie.html
