OK I've been a bit low for a few days so haven't been keeping up to date. As always as soon as I'm low I cna't find the incentive to read everyones updates or look at the laptop, despite the fact they would cheer me up. I'm my own worst enemey. Anyhow I'm better today so I'velogged in to catch up! Except they are waytoo many pages for me to read, you guys really know how to chat
I'm off to make my daughter finish off her birthday thank you cards. They are getting on for being a month late now so about time she finished themI came across some cards I must have made about 2 years ago and was mortified with whatI had been so chuffed with. I spent yesterday going through them and ading to the designs to really finish them off. It ws amazing what an extra bit of glitter glue and general bling could do to life the designs. I love a bit of glitter glue :T
Right I may be back a bit later once daughter does her cards and convinces me to share some sticky gems for her to finish her ATCs she started.
Hugs to all :kisses3:0 -
For anyone who got the Creativity Magazine, there was a leaflet inside entitled 'Creativity Essentials'. Inside there is a photo of some x cut embossing punches priced at £6.99 - I have searched for these but have not found them. The link they give does not bring them up neither did a search on their site. If anyone sees these anywhere can they let me know please!!!!!! Thanks!!!The E-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.0

I find the magazines come out before the new items hit the shops, try in a week or so and see what you find x:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

Oh no, you should always come and have a word on here, there's nearly always someone here (Choccy, TheWife and Marg tend to cover the nightshift) and I am a firm believer that a problem shared is a problem halved. I think a few of us here get low times, this thread definitely helps me stay sane xxx

I made the Top 3 at Stitchy Stamps :j :T :j :T :j :T, wow I've never ever been best cardmaker anywhere, I am so chuffed
. The perfect end to a rather carp day as my car is poorly, it's off to the garage tomorrow
, think it's suspension related and I also have 2 illegal tyres
God my OH was mad at me but I don't do car stuff, that's his territory
Got loads to do tonight - ironing, minutes for preschool, other preschool paperwork, can't be ar*ed with it really but need to be done:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Craft superstore have the corner punch and emboss punches by x-cut - fleurs and petals for £3.59 in sale section.
Also spotted the punch and emboss daisy heart and butterfly for £3.59 each as well.
There are 4 different 3D punch and emboss stamps at £5.39 - butterfly, Dragonfly, 5 petal flower, Daisy
Not sure if any of those are the right ones as I've lost my essentials flyer from my mag. I have the 3D butterfly and he is widely admired. Plus I have the corner punch and emboss ones which I think are fab. I've used them on cards and the corners of paper baskets I made up for Easter.
I'll keep an eye out for my flyer and if I spot I'll double check which punches you meant, lol.
P.S. at least you can earn loyalty points with craft superstore so I tell dh it ok as they give me something free eventually...:A0 -

Nici, I didn't come on here for a couple of months after xmas because I was feeling down. I'm so glad I came back though, and think that in future I'll share instead of staying alone. Please stick around - lots of us have a moan on here and it's lovely to know that people relate and care about your troubles x
Well done rainmac :Tsome people grin and bear it, others smile and do it0
