    Hi Everyone
Got back from a lovely weekend away last night, had to take mum to the hospital this afternoon, not had a proper chance to catch up with everything yet.
The Wife I have received a fabulous Hearts card from CT, just haven't had time to post a piccie yet, please dont leave her out of the draw. I will get a piccie on tomorrow when the light is better for the camera.

hi all, I have never tried card making before but I would absolutly love to learn!! We have a hobbycraft 2 mins up the rd and everytime I go in I look round at all the embellishments but I dont have the courage to spend lots of money on supplies when I dont know what I'm doing!!

Just wondered if anyone had any advice on what every gd card maker should have and where the cheapest place is to buy supplies as hobbycraft I think r rather pricey!

    TIA

    Samm x
I had never made cards and then discovered QVC I don't buy from them very often but watch Tuesdays 2-4 pm as it's a regular craft slot, their demos are brilliant and I've learnt loads. Some of their kits are good value as long as you remember the cost of p&p:)

To top off my productive day, I've updated my blog with one of the cards I made today. I've entered it for 5 challenges. :D

DD came in from work and told me that one of her colleagues wants me to make a card with a blue cat on it for her friend's birthday. She wants it tomorrow! Not having any cat stamps (although I think I have a digi one), I'm even more grateful to Rusty for the stamped images that arrived in the post today - there's a couple of cats in there. :D :j

Popkins have you looked at the canon pixma printers, I have one and it does print onto thick card with no problems

Have been to ikea today to get some storage boxes and jars for my craft room, so tomorrows task is clearing everything out and getting the room tidy for once

Another one here who recommends the passion for pro markers blog, although it did make me buy even more pro markers :p

Lou05 cinnamon will be fine for the rabbits, have used it myself.

Hiya - which model do you have? I'm looking at the Canon Pixma MP640 - I think its between that and an Epson Stylus but I don't know how it works with card so its looking promising for the Canon!! :)

Skier - the boat paper is the Buzzcraft Ocean Wave Collection - I got a pack with eight sheets of paper plus the topper sheets for £1 from Mad About Cards a while ago but I can't see it on the now - found some sheets here though.

I've just set the March ATC challenge on crafty place - right in my comfort zone (benefit of setting the challenge :D)

Anyone bought these yet? Apart from me that is :rotfl:
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

Does anyone have a list of everyone's birthdays ??? I've seen that some of you send birthday cards to one another. Can I play too? :rotfl:
