    I am annoyed that I didn't order the distress inks on Oyster Stamps sooner, went to place an order earlier today and they are out of stock. I've emailed them to see when they expect to get more in stock.

    They state on the website that they will honour the special price they offered and give a phone number so if you don't get a response I'd give them a bell.

    Cal it may be simpler to just ask Sarah to pm Rusty to resolve the matter seeing as you are friends. I'm sure she'd be disappointed to hear that a customer is so in the dark with regards to where their parcel & money has gone.

    I dont see how stating fact is wrong? you are doing far more damage to the company reputation now than anything Rusty may have posted!

    I just want to say a huge thank you for all the lovely birthday wishes from all you nice people - I really appreciate all the hugs and cakes and it has made me smile reading all the messages.
    I want to send out hugs to the numerous people, infact everyone on here today. Some need them more than others but I firmly believe that everyone can benefit from a hug at any time so please read this and all feel you have been hugged! Extra special hugs to Rusty and Dragon (?) (Sorry I should have taken notes as I was going through the thread!)
    CraftyGranny I hope all went well today for the girls. Between arriving from flights and going for tweaking its been busy all around for you. Pass on hugs to the girls too please.
    I had lovely morning at my craft club sharing birthday cake with some lovely ladies and I am off for an early night of planning more card making!

    Good. I don't see it as a problem posting about the absent items & failed attempts to contact a supplier given that this is a forum which we all share links, good offers, etc. We all discuss our days be they resourceful or frustating so beeing peeved that you're waiting on something, moneys gone & no sign of life via contact is quite valid on the thread.

    I am sure Sarah will be more than helpful once she calls Rusty, shame you had to act as mediator but thanks all the same.

    I only acted as mediator because someone else from this forum directed me here. I still don't think public slaughterings of a company are justified, in fact, it really saddens me.

    If the company concerned posted here, then fair comment, but knowing that a company doesn't, and are unaware of problems and that they need to defend themselves, doesn't make it right in my book.
